Bloom’s fee structure page lists a 1% fee on buys and sells. It also describes a 0.9% rate for users who sign in through a referral.
Bloom’s separate referral guide describes a 10% cashback on standard fees. It says rewards appear in the Referral Menu and can be claimed every six hours after the unclaimed balance clears a chain-specific minimum. The listed HyperEVM minimum is 1 HYPE.
The two pages do not clearly reconcile the 0.9% rate with the claimable-cashback process. Do not treat every referred trade as an immediately settled 0.9% fee or subtract cashback before it is eligible and claimed. For planning, use the 1% standard fee and check Bloom’s current trade preview for the rate applied to a specific transaction.

Bloom’s EVM wallet guide describes creating or importing a wallet and tells users to copy and save the private key. The documentation checked here does not establish whether Bloom stores keys server-side, how it signs transactions, or which permissions apply to each wallet connection.
